The auditions for the three-year professional acting training course of the company will be held starting from Saturday 5 September. MasterClass of the Calabria Acting School, directed by Walter Cordopatri and coordinated by Giorgio Colangeli.
A excellent training course, unique in Calabria, which combines tradition and innovation, research and experimentation, totally dedicated to the art of acting.
The school program develops over three years, from January to December, months during which twenty-three disciplines will be explored in depth, three training internships held by entertainment professionals will be carried out and exercises will be put into practice.
The excellent training will give students the opportunity to acquire self-awareness and manage emotions, thanks to preparatory training for acting. It is no coincidence that this year, to promote the teaching activity, the theme of emotions was chosen, linked to expressiveness, which becomes a mirror of an internal work of knowledge of the soul and its externalization. All disciplines also provide both physical and acting preparation, to obtain that personal, bodily, vocal and emotional awareness, effective for complete professional training.
Attention to correct compliance with anti-Covid regulations is a must for the school, which will follow all the rules imposed by current regulations.
Every Saturday in the months of September, October and November, from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, it will be possible to try your hand at the tests for the selection to access the three-year MasterCalss. The auditions involve the exposition from memory of the interpretation of a monologue of your choice, the interpretation of an Italian poem of your choice and an aptitude interview.
