Acting workshops

SRC Lab

Six classes, different age groups and a path to approach acting in a free, conscious and shared way.

Every Age, Its Own Stage

SRC Lab is the school's entry point for anyone approaching acting outside the professional Triennio track, six classes divided by age group, designed to build socialisation and communication skills, spatial awareness and body confidence through theatre. Lessons run on-site and, where possible, outdoors, so learning happens in contact with nature as well as in the studio.

  • Mini, ages 3–5: first approach to the performing arts through play
  • Baby, ages 5–7: early arts education built on the belief that it should start in early childhood
  • Child, ages 8–10: a first discovery of theatre and the performing arts
  • Junior, ages 11–14: personal and artistic growth through theatre
  • Medium, ages 15–18: disinhibition work and awareness of self
  • Evening Course, adults 18+: body, voice and emotional work for grown-up beginners

Each course runs nine months, October to June, and ends with a full theatrical performance. On completion, a committee of the Director, Teaching Coordinator and faculty awards a certificate of participation. Enrolment opens each autumn; forms and the current Lab regulations are available on request.
