The Calabria Acting School on stage with two exceptional shows for the Graduation Ceremony
There MasterClass III from the SRC (Calabria Acting School) presents the July 2 2021 there Diploma award ceremony of the Triennio Accademico 2018/2020. With the extraordinary participation of the actor and coordinator of the School, Giorgio Colangeli, during the evening the theatrical show entitled will be staged “Innocents” (directed by Renata Falcone) and the short of diploma, written and directed by Salvatore Romano.
The theater under the stars will take place in the splendid outdoor estate of the Uliveto Principessa Resort (Cittanova) among the centuries-old olive trees, where the voices of the actors will resonate in the magical atmosphere of this stage offered by Nature.
The evening, under the patronage and support of Regional Council of Calabria and of Municipality of Cittanova (RC), will begin at 21:00 on the notes of the piano of Aurelio Marco Raso and the presentation of the founder and director of the SRC, Walter Cordopatri, and the actor Giorgio Colangeli. Institutional greetings from His Excellency Monsignor will follow Francesco Milito and the mayor of Cittanova, Francesco Cosentino.
During the evening the president of the Regional Council of the Calabria Region will be present, Giovanni Arruzzolo, the director Volfango De Biasi, a delegation from Film Commission Calabria, all SRC teachers and graduating students Arcangelo Deleo, Ilaria Nucera, Elisabetta Licastro, Tonio Sibio, Federica Sottile, Cecilia Versace. Some students from other SRC classes will participate in the show and other political and entertainment personalities will be present.
At the end of the evening, Giorgio Colangeli will give the public and students the interpretation of some verses of the Divine Comedy of Dante, to celebrate the 700th anniversary of the death of the great poet.
