Cittanova – The auditions of the Calabria Acting School for the Triennio Accademico 2022/2025 are underway.
The School was created and directed by Walter Cordopatri and coordinated by Giorgio Colangeli.
From Saturday 10 September and for every Saturday in September and October from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, it will be possible to participate in the selection for access to the ordinary courses.
There SRC offers an excellent, unique and innovative training course, totally dedicated to the art of acting. Founded in 2017, it offers a very high level training offer for those who want to pursue an acting career, both in cinema and theatre. Sponsored by the Municipality of Cittanova and the prestigious Giffoni Film Festival, is based in the imposing former prison from 1904, where every space has been revamped and prepared for lessons.
The Triennio Accademico is aimed exclusively at those who have obtained a secondary school diploma.
The Calabria Acting School, now in its sixth year, is a point of reference for all of Southern Italy.
The teaching activities include the study of 32 disciplines, to be carried out both in the classroom and outdoors, aimed at acquiring personal, bodily, vocal and emotional awareness, necessary for complete professional training.
Over the Triennio there will be the opportunity to participate in national and international castings; our students are among the main performers of the series “Bang Bang Baby” (Amazon Video) e “The Good Mothers” (Disney+).
The auditions include the interpretation of a monologue and a poem of your choice.
