Dance theater and cinematographic dance explore the fusion between expressive movement and narrative. Dance theater integrates theatrical elements such as text, dramaturgy and acting with body language, creating hybrid performances. Cinematic dance adapts movement to the specificity of the audiovisual medium, exploiting the camera angle, editing and visual effects to amplify the choreographic narrative. Both disciplines aim to tell stories and communicate emotions through the body in innovative ways.
